On the configured working interface, the parameters of spraying and drying can be set and modified. 5、 Grinding room


The paint drying room is heated indirectly by hot air circulation and fuel oil. The scheme design adopts the circulation mode of lower air supply and upper air return, which effectively uses the indoor space, improves the indoor effective volume utilization coefficient, saves energy, reduces the installed power, and facilitates the cleaning of the drying channel. The drying room is equipped with an electric door. When the trolley enters and exits, the control system sends an opening and closing signal to increase the thermal insulation performance

In order to meet the indoor illumination ≥ 500lux, the paint booth is equipped with Philips fluorescent tubes (2 × 40W / set) 50 sets, the ballast is a special temperature resistant ballast, the lamp box is explosion-proof, meets the requirements of fire prevention and explosion-proof, is safe and energy-saving, and is convenient for maintenance and replacement.

The electric control system is controlled by Siemens PLC or Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller. The operation mode is divided into manual and automatic control.
